THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS OF GREATER GRACE INTERNATIONAL.
PREAMBLE.
The GREATER Grace International, U.S.A and elsewhere, in the absolute exercise of our solemn search for a legal framework that will significantly ensure a peaceful and coherent coexistence of realizing the importance of God’s children living and working together in the spirit of friendship and peaceful relationships with other national GREATER GRACE INTERNATIONAL churches across the world; and in solemn declaration and affirmation of our commitment; to the purpose of executing the great commission of Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15-18 within the United States and around the world; and to preach and teach the full gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ; DO HEREBY ABSOLUTELY ADOPT, ENACT, AND PROVIDE FOR OURSELVES THIS BINDING CONSTITUTION AND BYE – LAWS.
GREATER GRACE INTERNATIONAL ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION.
ARTICLE 1 – THE NAME
The name of this Church Ministry shall forever be called the GREATER GRACE INTERNATIONAL globally, hereafter referred to as the church.
ARTICLE 2 – THE TERRITORY
The territory of this Church Ministry shall be the territory of the United States of America and any other country where this church ministry may be established as a branch legally permitted by statutory law enforcement.
ARTICLE 3 – PRIMARY OBJECTIVES.
We solemnly believe that the Church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Holy Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of the great commission of Christ Jesus. Each believer born of the Holy Spirit is an integral part of the General Assembly and the Church of the First Born which are written in the heavenly kingdom of God according to; Ephesians 1:22,23; 2:22; Hebrews 12:23.
Since God’s purpose concerning man is to seek and to save that which is lost, to be worshipped by mankind, to build a body of believers in the image of His Son, and to demonstrate His love and compassion for the world regardless of race, the prior reasons for being part of the Greater Grace International fraternity Church is as follows:
1- To be an agency of God for evangelizing the world. Acts 1:8; Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:1516.
2- To be a corporate body in which mankind may worship the Sovereign Lord Jesus Christ. 1Corinthians 12:13.
3- To be a channel of God’s purpose to build a body of saints being perfected in the image of his Son. Ephesians 4:11-16;1CORINTHIANS 12:28;1Corinthians 14:12.
4- To be a people who demonstrate God’s love and compassion for the world. Psalm 112:9; Galatians 2:10; 6:10; James 1:27.
Furthermore, in executing the above cardinal objectives, Greater Grace International shall pursue the following principles:-
1, To approve all scriptural teachings, methods and conduct and disapprove unscriptural methods and conduct and procedures.
2, To ensure, encourage, and promote evangelism.
3 To provide the basis for fellowship among Christians of like faith.
4, To also establish and maintain solid departments and institutions such as Bible College, Health, Relief and Development Agencies, Agricultural, Educational, Vocational, Printing Press, Bookstores, and such other bodies as may be necessary for the propagation of the gospel and the work of the ministry of Greater Grace International.
5, To have the legal mandate to buy, take, accept, lease or otherwise acquire, own, hold in trust, use, convey, mortgage, dispose of real and personal property, tangible and intangible of whatsoever kind, to borrow or to invest monies deemed necessary, and to issue bonds, debentures, and notes of whatsoever kind, and to create trust deeds and mortgages, and to enter into contracts all as may be necessary for the work of the ministry of God’s Kingdom.
6, To encourage and promote the edification and total well-being of the believers. Luke 2:52.
7, To determine the qualification(s) of ministers, laity, and other workers of the ministry and to give close supervision regarding, ministerial issues in the Greater Grace International.
8, To receive Tithes, Offerings, Donations, Gifts and to raise funds by other biblical and ethical methods to be used for the work of the Ministry.
9,To also perform any such thing(s) that’s deemed necessary for the furtherance of her core missions.
